Very often, public perceives the purpose of preparing of financial statements is for tax submission only. But, not many are mindful of the importance of accuracy and timeliness in a set of accounts. In fact, a well organized record is the paramount to the success of a business because it plays a critical role to the management especially when it comes to decision making, budgeting, and not the less for tax audit purpose.
